Keith Bennett has been working with physicians in the area since 1992 and his affiliation with the University of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center has been a great success for all of the folks he has helped throughout the years. Keith also contributes a portion of his fee to the Children's Miracle Network as well as the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation to fight breast cancer as a way of giving back.
Specializing in assisting the medical community has been a mutually beneficial relationship from the very beginning. With his understanding demeanor, his candid observations and his wealth of experience, Keith has become known as The Physician's Prescription when it comes to the real estate needs of physicians.
"I have never been associated with or exposed to the degree of professionalism as I was with Mr. Bennett. From the moment I met him during my initial interview at Cincinnati Children's to the final closing, every inch of the process was superbly handled" said Dr Robert North, a surgeon and assistant professor of Ophthalmology at the Children's Hospital Medical Center. He goes on to say, "Mr. Keith Bennett is and remains a consummate professional and I would recommend his services to all of the incoming faculty and physicians at the Medical Center".
"First and foremost, my top priority is to provide you, my physician clients, with expert advice in regards to financing, purchase or sale terms and conditions, contractual obligations, and what to expect during the process of buying or selling a home. Just as you do with your patients, we will review your history and current condition and diagnose the situation within the current market conditions. Then we get to work on solving your housing challenges based on your needs and abilities so that when the transaction is complete, you are in a significantly improved position than when we first met.
The process begins with a free, no obligation consultation to discover just what it is you need and desire. After all, many physicians relocating to Cincinnati have never been here and therefore, enter the process excited, uncertain, anxious or all of the above. My job is to put you at ease and provide you with as much information as you need to make an educated decision to live in Cincinnati, from the housing market, financing needs, schools, neighborhoods, and basic lifestyle choices. We will then assist you in finding just the right home that will provide you with years of happy memories to share with family and friends."
Here is what Dr. Pirooz Eghtesady, a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, had to say about Keith: "He is thoughtful, caring and extremely honest in his interpretation of housing specifically with regard to the condition of homes, the surrounding areas, commutes and area conveniences. We never felt pressured. On the contrary, we always believed he had our best interests at heart. I'd like to think that we were special, but somehow, I believe that he treats all of his clients to the same level of service that we enjoyed and benefited from. I will strongly encourage anyone I come in contact with, and most especially my colleagues in the medical field, to contact Keith when they are in the market to buy or sell a home in Cincinnati. My trust in him is well deserved."
